Jarrod Harman — Founder
Jarrod founded Business Warriors in 2018, with a mission to turn business worriers into Business Warriors using advanced sales and marketing strategies he calls the Battle Plan Marketing and Battle Plan Sales method.
Grow A Salon came about almost by accident, after Jarrod spotted a huge gap in the market for salon-specific sales, marketing, and growth strategies. Today, he shares simple, effective ways to grow a salon with more predictability.
Serena Carli — Operations Manager
Serena Carli has run her own online marketing, social media, and SEO business for nearly 10 years, alongside overseas companies in outsourcing and mobile services.
She has travelled extensively and worked with clients across the globe. Serena built a million-dollar-a-year company with very little experience at the time, then went on to organise and run business detox retreats worldwide. She has spoken on stages in South Africa and the United States to audiences of over 2,000 people, with no formal speaking experience, just determination and will.
Serena co-founded Grow A Salon with Jarrod and serves as our operations manager, with a real passion for helping salons run more efficiently every day.
