Email Marketing Specialist

Primary Objectives

To turn email subscribers into revenue for the businesses we are partnered with. While getting their current clients to upgrade spend more with their business long term.

As our email marketing specialist you will communicate and plan with the marketing team and clients. Audit the existing automations and email marketing strategy for our clients then create a vision of the ideal customer flow end to end. Develop and execute on automations for various funnel structures (webinars, VSLs, etc…) Develop and execute a calendar of email and SMS communication that supplement existing automations, Test and iterate to optimize email and SMS campaigns, Report metrics with insights, Improve user journey and increase conversions

Responsibilities

Collaborate with strategist, ad buyers, copywriters, and funnel builders on the overall marketing strategy, Write email copy to increase user engagement and drive revenue.

Analyse email marketing performance, Lead A/B testing and monitor the results, Optimize email campaign performance, Plan and implement a content calendar, Create and manage auto-responder email campaigns

Sales Executive

Primary Objectives

Turn a qualified prospect into a paying client. You will be graded on the number of units sold and monthly revenue produced.

Responsibilities

Manage a CRM and database of potential customers

Inbound appointments booked on your calendar. 30-60 minute meetings with prospects

Take payments, and ensure contracts are signed and enrolled in the program(s)

Coordinate with your management to ensure lead and call quality

Follow up and prospect during downtime

Attend sales Metrics and Training meetings
